Orbit is a peer advisory program for ambitious, experienced professionals: people who are senior enough to have a real impact on their organization, but don't always have a truly objective sounding board for their toughest career decisions.
Each cohort is a small, carefully curated group of high-calibre professionals from different functions and industries, meeting weekly for five weeks. The goal: build the kind of inner circle that most people spend years trying to find.
This 25-minute conversation will help determine whether Orbit is the right fit for you, and whether you're the right fit for a cohort.
Curation takes time, and finding the right combination of people for a cohort isn't something that happens overnight. The start date for your cohort will depend entirely on when a properly curated cohort is able to be formed. Applications will be accepted and analyzed on a rolling basis, and when at least six applicants are determined to be a good fit with one another (based on their Orbit Founding Cohort Interview and the responses they provide to their Orbit Cohort Matching Survey), those applicants will be informed that they've been placed into a Cohort, and the sessions will begin soon after.
If you're not placed immediately, your application remains active and will be considered on a rolling basis for up to one year from your interview date.
If you're placed in a cohort, your interview fee is applied in full toward your program fee.
If you're placed but choose not to participate, the interview fee is non-refundable.
If you're not placed within a year, it's refunded in full.
You can request a refund at any point before that, but applicants without an application fee in escrow aren't eligible for cohort placement.
